Assembly requires two persons. Place all parts of the exerciser in a cleared area and remove the packing
materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.

as shown in the drawings. Make sure to tighten all parts as you assemble them, unless instructed to do other-

In addition to the included allen wrench, assembly requires an adjustable wrench , a
phillips screwdriver , and a hammer . A small amount of soapy water is also
needed.
