  Handset on the hook.

Press this key.

  • For an internal call: Enter an extension number 

(e.g., 11/101).

or

• For an external call: Enter the access code for an 

external line (e.g.,  0) the external number you want 

to call.

Wait for the call to be answered. Initiate conversation.

Required:  A headset must be connected. A key has 

been programmed for the "Headset" feature or the 

headset has an electronic control button that acts as the 

hook (see Headset feature).
