8.2.4  Initiating RS232­Communications to the
Computer
1.   With the computer and CFA­3000 power turned   
off, connect RS232­C cable to the computer and  
to the RS232­C port on the CFA­3000 analyzer. (If  
a printer is to be used, connect it to the printer port  
on the analyzer).
2.   Turn on power to the analyzer. 
3.   From the analyzer keypad panel, turn on the printer
by pressing the following buttons:
•   From a multi­stream keypad:

•   From a single­stream keypad, referring to Figure  
8­4, press position 5, then 1, and then 10.
