Baking stone
You need the special accessory baking stone and
heating element.
Whether crispy pizza or fresh bread – with the
baking stone, you will get results that are
comparable to those of a massive stone oven and
even exceed these if you can regulate the baking
temperature precisely.
Depending on the size, you can also place several
pizzas, rolls or other baked goods on the baking
stone at the same time.
You can bake pizzas one after another. Here the
baking time per pizza can be approx. 1 - 3 minutes
longer.
When baking bread, we recommend using the
core temperature sensor. Insert the core
temperature sensor in the deepest part of the
dough. The sensor measures the temperature
inside the baked goods and switches the oven off
when the core temperature set has been reached.
During baking, dough needs the opportunity to
rise without cracking the surface. This is usually
achieved by piercing with a fork or making cuts
with a knife.
The temperatures and times given in the cooking
table are guidelines. Always follow the
manufacturer's instructions for pre-cooked and
frozen products.
