AFG2|ENCoder subsystem
:NAMPs|NTACs:BUSY:DELay <integer>
This command sets the number of bits that are counted before a
busy/idle bit changes form the idle state to the busy state. This function
is used in conjunction with the WS Delay and 1stBitDly settings of the
:NAMPs|NTACs:BUSY command.
