Table Of Transmitted Alarm Messages
Your Watchguard Digital will contact the SecureNet DIGITAL MONITORING CENTRE
station when the following events are triggered.
Message
Description
Zone Alarm
One of your sensors has been triggered.
Restore Zone Alarm
The sensor status has been reset upon disarming.
Tamper Alarm
(Case and Wireless device
tamper).
The case of the wireless sensor has been opened or the
cover of your alarm panel is removed.
Restore Tamper Alarm
Occurs after the alarm is disarmed from a tamper alarm
event
Loss of Supervision
The wireless sensor failed to communicate with the Main
Control Unit within 24 Hours.
Restore Supervision
Communication between the sensors and the Main Control
Unit has been restored after loss of supervision.
System AC Loss
AC power has been removed from the Main Control Unit for
more than 15 minutes. Power blackout for more than 15
minutes will also cause this message to be sent.
System AC Restore
AC power has been recovered for more than one minute
after its failure.
Wireless Low Battery
Wireless sensors running on low battery.
User Panic/Duress
The alarm has been set-off by the Panic button on the
remote control.
Restore User Panic/Duress
The alarm is disarmed after it has been set-off by User
Panic.
User Open
The alarm is disarmed.
User Close
The alarm is armed.
System Reboot
The alarm has been turned on with the key switch.
System Battery Failed
The backup battery has failed or requires to be charged.
Periodic Test Failed
The SecureNet Monitoring Station failed to communicate
with the alarm panel for more than seven days.
Event Log Full
This means that your system has received too many alarms
before it could send them to the SecureNet monitoring
station. The most probable cause is that the Main Control
Unit has been unable to communicate with the monitoring
station for some time.
