Using the directory and lists

When you quit the Call lists, all entries are set 
to the status "old," meaning the next time 
you open the list, they will no longer be 
shown in bold.
Opening lists with the 
Message key
You can use the Message key 
f to open 
the following list selection:

Answering Machine Message list / Net-
work Mailbox, if your network provider 
supports this function and Fast Access is 
set for the network mailbox (
u
List of missed calls
List of missed appointments

An advisory tone sounds as soon as a new 
message
 arrives in a list. The 
f key 
flashes (it goes off when the key is pressed). 
In idle status, the display shows an icon for 
the new message: 
The number of new entries is displayed to 
the right of the corresponding icon.
List selection
The lists displayed after pressing the Mes-
sage key 
f depend on whether there are 
any new messages.
u
key does not flash (no new mes-
sages): 
All the lists containing messages 
and the Network Mailbox list are dis-
played.
u
key flashes (new messages 
received): 
You see all the lists containing 
new messages. If only one list contains 
new messages, it will be opened auto-
matically.
Lists containing new messages are at the top 
of the list and are marked in bold font.
Select a list with 
q. To open, press
