  As soon as the instrument detects weight on the balance, the prompt

appears. 



  With the lid closed the prompt 

” appears. 



  At the conclusion of the calibration, the 

 prompt 

appears with a PASS/FAIL indication of the calibration success. 



 

If the result is “PASS”, open the lid; remove the weight and press [PROCEED] to 
continue. 



 

If the result is “FAIL”, the calibration was unsuccessful.  Rerun the calibration. 



  If the calibration fails again, contact AZI Customer Service at 800-528-7411 or 

602-470-1414.  



  Press the ESC key three (3) times to return to the Main Test Manu. 

 

When VIEW CALIBRATION REPORT is selected, the last balance calibration date will 
be displayed. 

 

A prompt is available to remind you when scheduled calibrations are due.  The default 
factory settings are:   

ENABLE - No 

TIME 

– 00:00 

INTERVAL - 0 Weeks 

To turn the prompt on, off, or adjust the interval; go to the Main Test Screen and select in 
order:  MENU, CALIBRATION MENU, BALANCE CALIBRATION, and CALIBRATION 
SETUP REMINDER 
 

  Enable 

– Toggle to YES to 

enable the prompt or NO to 
prevent the prompt from 
appearing. 

  Time 

– The time the prompt is 

to appear, usually the start of 
the shift (using a 24 hour 
format). 

  Interval 

– The interval 

between calibrations (in 
weeks).  If the interval is set to 
“00”, the reminder will occur 
daily.
