Using The Camera In PC – CAM Mode (For Windows Only)

You may also use the camera as a web camera and a video conferencing camera.

Notes: You must install the camera’s driver before using the 
web camera.

 

1.   Switch the Mode Dial to the PC Cam mode position.
2.   Make sure that the camera is securely connected to your computer.
3.   Turn on your camera. 
 

“PC Cam” is displayed on the LCD

 

•   The computer will automatically fi nd your camera and install it for the  
  fi rst time connecting the camera to your computer, the installation    
  message will vary on the different Windows Operating Systems(See the  
  “Remarks on PC Cam Installation Under Different Windows OS”).

4.   Launch Microsoft NetMeeting software.

For Windows ME/2000, click on “Start>Program>Accesso
ries>Communication>Netmeeting” to launch NetMeeting 
software.

For Win 98SE/XP, click “Start>Run”, type “conf” to launch 
NetMeeting software.
