Pull the print media up and toward you.

Align and reinstall the print cartridge.

Close the top front cover.

Close the multipurpose feeder.

Press .

If the paper is exiting the printer, pull the media 
straight out, and press 

. Otherwise, continue 

with step 2.

Open the printer rear door.

The inside of the printer may be hot. 
Remove the jammed media.

Close the rear door.

Press .

Open the duplex rear door.

Remove the jammed media.

Close the duplex rear door. Make sure it snaps 
into place.

Press .
