5. Check for voltage across the computer's 15-pin

connector #7 and #13 (110v, 208v, 220v).  If no

voltage is evident, problem is bad wire or

termination from the computer's 15-pin connector

#7 and #13 to TB #6 and #8.  If voltage is evident,

problem is faulty computer.
