Telephone Book

If you like to enter telephone numbers out of different lists (caller list, calls list, redial list) into
the telephone book, you will be able to copy them directly via dial preparation.

When entering the telephone number for speed dialling, scheduled call (resubmission) or
subscriber Call Forwarding you can select the requested telephone number out of the tele-
phone book. If you have already entered digits manually, the telephone number out of the
telephone book will be attached behind.

Press the message key to switch from the idle
state to the caller list.

Use the   and   softkeys to browse to the
entry you require.

Press the 

 softkey to copy the telephone

number into the dial preparation.

Press the 

 softkey to copy the telephone

number into the telephone book.

Enter the name (up to 16 characters).

Press the 

 softkey to complete your entry.

Use the   and   softkeys to browse to the
option you require and press the   softkey to
the left of the option:

 business: Enters the telephone number

as a business telephone number.

 mobile-business: Enters the telephone

number as a business mobile telephone
number.

 private: Enters the telephone number as

a private telephone number.

  mobile-private: Enters the telephone

number as a private mobile telephone
number.

 macro: Enters the telephone number as

call macro.
