→ Print.
The Print dialog box appears.
5. Make the following selections in the PostScript driver (Windows 2000, Windows
Me/98/95, Windows NT 4.0):
• Paper size = Letter or A4.
• Paper source = Multi-Purpose Tray
• Paper Type = Labels1 (Heavy) or Labels2 (Ultra Heavy)
• Paper size check = OFF.
• Paper size = Letter or A4.
• Paper source = Multi-Purpose Tray
• Paper Type = Labels1 (Heavy) or Labels2 (Ultra Heavy)
• Paper size check = OFF.
6. Click OK and print the document.
Printing Labels Using the Macintosh
1. Open the document in the application.
2. Load the label sheets print side up in the Multi-Purpose Tray.
3. Open the straight-through exit tray.
