- Assign the Fusion Connection Index Code (FCIC) to Self node FPC:

FPC (Fusion Point Code):

FPC number (1 - 253) of the Self node

FCIC (Fusion Connection Index Code): Unique Fusion CICs in Self node
C_LENS (Connection_LENS):

IPTRK LENS data (speech channel data) specified in Step 3
