This module comes into use when paper documents re-
quire automatic archiving and organisation. The module is
able to read barcodes from documents in the Mailbox in
order to archive the documents. The barcodes must, 
however, be located on the first side of a document. It is 
also possible to automatically join numerous scanned 
documents together.

office COLD for Windows 
This module allows the automatic archiving of printouts
from various windows applications (letters, lists and 
invoices, for example). The form assignment embeds print
data with a scanned form and produces a single docu-
ment. The ELO
office COLD for Windows module can be
modified for virtually every individual need.

A module that offers users of the software Navision 
Financials and Attain a fully capable interface between
the two systems. It is possible to gather together all in-
ternal and external documents and files in one overview
and all in one consistent format. Then the documents
can be accessed by all users, company wide, assuming
the users possess the appropriate access rights.

The tax consultancy solution supports the simplified 
storage, management, and search for client documents.
The documents can be assigned to a client from the tax
consulting software using the interface and stored in
ELO
office. The connection between the stored docu-
ment and the client data stored in KANZLEI is 
retained. The updating of the client information in
ELO
office occurs automatically during storage.

This interface allows the archiving of all relevant forms
and documents. These are easily and comfortably archi-
ved in ELO
office. When desired self-created forms can
be automatically archived.
