Clearing a Copy, Fax, or Print Jam
When CLEAR COPY is displayed, follow this procedure to solve the problem.

Clear a Jam inside the machine
A
Pull the lower unit release lever towards you and open the top cover.
Note
❒ If you do not pull the lever, only the upper unit will open.

Remove the toner cassette.
