Once you have located all of the hardware and
components, you are ready to start installing the
MV-PROJSP-FLATW.
Locate the central gravity of your projector
1. Hold your projector carefully with both hands pointing
upwards on both sides of your projector.
2. Move your hands carefully alongside the projector
until it starts to tilt either upward or downward.
Note: this point is the central gravity point for the depth
of your projector.
3. Hold your projector carefully with both hands on the
top and bottom sides of your projector pointing
towards the center of the projector.
4. Move your hands carefully along the projector until it
starts to tilt either upward or downward.
Note: this point is the central gravity point for the width
of your projector.
5. Place a small piece of string (not supplied) around the
projector at the central gravity point of the depth of
    your projector.
6. Place another small piece of string (not supplied)
around the projector at the central gravity point of the
    width of your projector.
Note: where the two pieces of string meet is the central
gravity point of your projector.
Install the universal base
1. Determine the screw size needed to mount
    your projector.
2. Place the pre-assembled universal base plate near the
central gravity point of your projector.
3. Select the appropriate extension bracket needed
    for your installation.
4. Place the appropriate extension brackets near the
central gravity point of your projector.
Note: the extension brackets should all point toward the
center of the universal base plate. Make sure they do not
need to be forcibly attached to the base plate. If they do,
you may need to change the size of extension
brackets for your installation.
5. Assemble each extension bracket with the
appropriately sized bottom spacer and other supplied
   spacers (as required).
Note: if your extension bracket is more than 50 mm,
you will also need to use two square nuts (which are
supplied).
6. Assemble the universal base plate with the M6 nut,
U-joint bracket and M6 carriage bolts.
7. Align the assembled universal base plate with all of
the extension brackets already in place on your
    projector.
8. Attach the universal base plate to the extension
    brackets.
9. Install and tighten the M5 button socket cap screws and
the M6 serrate flange nuts to finish the assembly.
