Mismatch Policy
Appears on the Highlight Color dialog box when you click the
 tab.
The Mismatch Policy allows you to select the action to be taken when there is a
discrepancy between the highlight color specified for the job and the toner color loaded
at the printer. This feature is particularly helpful in networked environments where
multiple users submit jobs with varying requirements.
Options available are:
• Cancel Job: Cancels the print job if the highlight color specified is not loaded in the
printer.
• Operator Intervention: Suspends the job until the specified toner color is loaded in
the printer.
• Use Loaded Color: Uses the available toner color to print the job, regardless of the
color specified in the driver.
