4. Select Agree.

The installation process begins.

If the app does not successfully install, the Install button redisplays; select Install to attempt the
installation process again.

5. Touch the Exit button to exit and close the Xerox App Gallery App.

Installing the @PrintByXerox App from Xerox App
Gallery Web Portal

The following procedure assumes that the user already has an App Gallery account. If you do not have
an App Gallery account, the Xerox App Gallery User Guide provides detailed instructions on creating
an account. Refer to the

link provided at the end of this guide.

1. Go to Xerox App Gallery Web Portal at:

2. Enter a valid User ID and Password.
3. Select Log In.

The App Gallery main page displays.

4. Browse to the @PrintByXerox App.
5. Select Add to My Apps.
6. Add a device / multifunction printer (MFP).

If the desired device already exists, continue to the next step.

a) Select the Devices tab.
b) Select Add to add a device.

7. From My Apps, select the @PrintByXerox App.
8. From the Action column for @PrintByXerox, select Install.

If the App was previously installed and a new version is available, the button displays as Update.

link provided at the end of this guide.

The “License Agreement” dialogue displays.

9. Select Agree.

10. Select the MFP / device on which the App will be installed.
11. Select Install.

The installation process begins.
