Printing with the @PrintByXerox App

Ensure that the Multifunction Printer (MFP) is configured to the Internet using Proxy.

1. Send an email with an attachment containing a supported file type to

• To obtain a list of supported document / file types, go to

• First-time users will receive a response email with a User ID and Password.

2. From the MFP control panel, press the @PrintByXerox button.

A “Loading Details” message displays.

3. Enter your email address and select Save.
4. On the “Enter password” screen, enter your password and select Save.
5. Select the documents you want to print.
6. Select the desired Print Options, and then select OK .
7. Press Print.

• The “Submitting Jobs to Print” message displays with the conversion state shown.
• A green check mark appears when the documents begin to print.

8. When finished, press Exit to return to the MFP home screen.
