Production Queue Overview
The
Production Queue
window displays all the jobs that were ordered by Print Buyers, and that are waiting for
your approval before routing to actual production. New jobs that enter the production queue are automatically
placed at the end of the queue.

When you select a job in the production queue job list, its details are displayed in the job’s details
panel. From the
job’s details panel you can preview the job, and access various dialog boxes that allow you to perform needed

When the job is ready to be printed, you send it to the output device. The approved job is removed from the
production queue, enters the delivery queue and the printing queue.

To access the Production Queue window:

From the Web Services menu, select
Tasks > Production
; the
Production Queue
window appears. All the
ordered jobs are listed in the production queue job list on the left side of the window. By default, the first job
in the list is selected, and its information is displayed in the job’s details
