Order
– customize the fields on the Print Buyer Order forms located throughout the system.

Select a field row, and click

to edit the field’s panel location.

Select the
Visible
check box to define that a field will be visible in the system.

Select the
Mandatory
check box to define that a field is marked as mandatory for data entry.

In the
Field Caption
column, customize the field name.

In the
Field Type
column, choose
Free Text
or
Dropdown List
.

If you choose the dropdown list option, edit the list. For information regarding editing the dropdown list,

Click
Save

Editing a Dropdown List
You can define the options available in a dropdown list, when customizing fields.
To edit a dropdown list:

After choosing the dropdown list option in the
Customize Fields
window,
Field Type
column, click
Edit List
;
the
Custom Field Options
dialog box appears.

Click the
Add new Custom Field Option
link, and type a value in the resulting field.

Click
Add
; the newly added value is listed in the dialog box.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for additional field options, and click
Done
.

Click
Save
