J o b   M a n a g e r

Displays the details of the conflicts found on each printer 
associated with the queue of the job. 

Contains additional menu options including:

•

Preview Job: Allows you to preview the pages of PDF, 
PostScript and VIPP Job files before printing.

•

Proof Job: Allows you to print a job proof to a queue 
associated with the selected printer. The quantity of proofs can 
be set.

•

Save Job: Allows you to save a job to a local folder or a 
document repository.

•

Delete Job: Eliminates all traces of the job from the system.

•

Hold Job Until: Allows you to set a time when held jobs are 
released.

•

Reprint Job: Places a job back in the queue where the job 
originated. Prints the job again with no property changes. 

•

Resubmit Job: Places a job back in the queue where the job 
originated, in a held state

•

Change Quantity: Allows you to change the quantity of the 
job.

•

Change Priority: Allows you to change the priority of the job.
