J o b   M a n a g e r

From the Job Status list you can manage or monitor the jobs 
submitted or created in Output Manager. Each row represents a 

 and contains information about that 

The columns can be sorted by clicking the column header. The 
sort arrow shows which column is sorted and whether it is in 
ascending or descending order. 

The Job Status list has the following columns:

•

Checkboxes: Used to select jobs.

•

Job ID: The number identifier of the 

 assigned by the 

system when the 

 is received.

•

Job Split Detail: Indicates if a 

 is split and by what method 

(the type of split) and in what manner (the attributes of the 
split). 

•

Job Name: The file name of the submitted 

•

Status: Shows the current state of the 

.

•

Queue: Indicates the 

 that the 

 is assigned.

•

Printer/Job ID: Indicates the 

 that the job is assigned, 

or the requested printer (indicated by an asterisk). If the 

 is 

split, the parent 

 name will be designated as 

(Multiple). If the job ID at the printer has been assigned, it will 
be displayed.

•

Printer/Queue Access Group: Indicates the group name that 
the queue that the job has been submitted to belongs. This 
column will appear when the administrator is logged on to the 
system.

•

Pages: The total number of pages in the 

 is indicated.

•

Sender: The logon user name of the person who sent the 

 

from the client or host.

•

Priority: The priority set on the job either by the queue default 
or as set by the user. The priority informs the system the order 
in which the jobs should be processed. A job’s priority setting 
can be set between 1 (lowest priority) and 100 (highest 
priority). The default priority setting is 50.
