J o b   M a n a g e r

1. Open Job Manager.

2. Split jobs are viewable from within the Job Split Detail 

column. A double arrow icon indicates if the detail view is 
expanded or collapsed. A right pointing arrow indicates a 
collapsed view, while a down pointing arrow indicates an 
expanded view.

3. To view Job Split details, expand the view. The parent job that 

is being split displays the number of parts in the split. Each 
split can indicate the number of copies in the split or the page 
range of the split. 

4. The type of split is shown iconically to the left of the split 

arrows. Place the cursor over the icon to invoke a text tip 
detailing how the job is being split. Jobs can be split by 
Quantity, Page Range, Document, Document Set, or Color.

NOTE: Individual splits cannot be acted upon as a complete job. 
To change job properties you must access the parent job.
