The Printers/Logs screen
The Printers/Logs screen is used to add or edit the connected 
printers, retrieve printer logs, export printer log data, and manually 
upload printer logs.
The following topics are available:
Adding or Editing a Printer Connection
A printer connection is required in order to generate accounting 
reports. Once the connection to the printer has been established, 
the accounting information can be retrieved and reports 
generated.
To add a Printer Connection
The available printers for the FreeFlow Accounting Module are 
determined by the printers configured in the Printer Registration 
application. 
You must access the Printer Registration application and ensure 
that the Output Manager check box is selected as an Installed 
Application. Ensure that you enter the path to the location where 
the accounting log is exported on the FreeFlow Print Server.
1. Select the Printers/Logs link.
2. Select the Add/Change Connections button.
3. Select the check box next to each printer that you want to add. 
De-select the check boxes for any printers you want to 
remove. Click Next.
4. View the changes you have made at the Confirmation Screen. 
If necessary, use the Back button to modify any of your 
selections. Click Done.
To edit a Printer Connection
Once a printer connection has been created, you can modify the 
settings for that connection.
