Append and Overwrite behaviors
FreeFlow Output Manager provides two options for updating
queue supported values: Append and Overwrite. Both options
result in a set of values that include at least all supported values
from the sources. Append includes the current set of values as
one of the sources, while Overwrite does not.
NOTE: If you have previously removed values that are supported
by one or more printers, neither option preserves these deletions.
When values are merged from two or more sources, the following
behaviors may be observed:
An attribute that displays a value of “supported”, “yes” or “no”
will be set to “yes” or “supported” if any of the sources contain
this value, and the “no” or “supported” check box is not
selected.
An attribute that displays one or more integer values will
contain the union of all integer values from the sources (with
no duplications).
