Chapter 5  Stored Job Functions
5.1
Outline of Stored Job

This function enables the copy function settings that are most commonly used to be
stored in the memory so that they can be recalled for copying purposes whenever
necessary. This function is called stored job.
Storing complex settings and frequently used settings as the stored job can prove
extremely useful.
The following three types of stored jobs are available.
Preparations for Storing Data in the Stored Job
The following preparations are recommended before data can be stored as the stored job.
Creating stored job feature tables.
All necessary information, such as the job storage numbers, and the document
name and task name that are to be used, must be entered in the stored job feature
table.
Copying the [Function Parameter Check Sheet] provided on the next page.
Check the numbers of the jobs that have not been stored and enter them on the
check sheet. This sheet is used when storing complex jobs.
Store the check sheet in an easily accessible location.
