Making Copies in the Auto Mode
The auto-mode function allows you to take an original document’s size and reduce or
enlarge the output document using the auto-mode matrix. For example, if your document
size is A0, and you want to print on A3, select A3 in the A0 column.
Media Size Restrictions in the Auto Mode
The following restrictions are applicable depending on the media cut method specified
for media sizes in the auto mode.
• The [Media Supply], [Normal R/E] and [R/E by L&W] settings are invalid when the
auto mode has been specified.
• The [Media Cut Mode] and [Variable Length] settings cannot be specified in
combination when in the auto mode.
