Specifying R/E Percentages for Copy

Purposes

Specifies the percentage that the image is to be enlarged or reduced for copy purposes.

Operation Procedure

Select [Normal R/E] from the
copier's menu screen.

100%

Copies the image at the same percentage rates.

R/E Presets

Enables the percentages to be selected from six different preset
types.

Variable

Enables any required percentage rates within a range of 25% to
400% to be specified in increments of 0.1%.

• The manual mode will be automatically activated if [Normal R/E] is selected when

in the auto mode. If the auto mode is specified after the [Normal R/E] values have
been set, all settings will be invalidated

• The [R/E Presets] percentages can be changed with the custom presets function.

Refer to the section on "R/E Preset" in "7.3 Setting up the Copy Specifications" in
this manual for further details (page 118).

Select the [Other Functions] tab
if the item to be selected is not
displayed on the screen.
