Cisco Plug and Play Deployment Overview
In order to deploy an ISR branch WAN router using Cisco Plug and Play, execute the following steps:

After the ISR router is bootstrapped, the installer connects the router cables and power up and delivers
bootstrap configuration at the remote site. The router, then connects to the Cisco Plug and Play
Gateway, identifies itself (e.g. using its Serial Number), and downloads the full configuration and,
optionally IOS image. The figure below describes the Plug and Play deployment at a branch site.
