Supervisor Experiences Inconsistent Behavior When Trying to Monitor/Record An Agent
Symptom: Supervisor can sometimes monitor/record an agent, at other times the supervisor cannot 
monitor/record an agent.
Description: The agent’s phone is using G.722 codec.
Workaround: Disable “Advertise G 722 Codec” on the Agent phone. CAD does not support G.722 
codec.
