The configuration file is located on the computer where the CAD services are 
installed, at:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\Tomcat\conf\TIAJ.cfg

1. Open the TIAJ.cfg file in a text editor.

2. Locate the line:

log4j.rootLogger=info, R

3. Replace info with one of the options listed in Table 14.

4. Save the configuration file with the new setting.
