If the default camera password is not changed, individuals can guess the
password and make changes to the camera configuration. It is
recommended that you secure the camera to control who can log into the
camera and make administrative changes. The primary administrator
should change the default camera password upon initial login.

Video can be lost if the PVC300 is rebooted while connected to a managed
switch that does not have Port Fast set. Workaround: Enable Port Fast on
your access port, or if using an Enterprise switch, setup Rapid Spanning
Tree Protocol (RSTP) and turn on Auto Edge. If RSTP is not available, disable
Spanning Tree Protocol (STP). Refer to your managed switch administration
guide for instructions on Port Fast, RSTP, or STP.
