Number of Calls 

Arrived 

Displays data for “total calls arrived” counters. 

Rejected 

Displays data for “total calls rejected” counters. 

Connected 

Displays data for “total calls connected” counters. 

Disconn 

Displays data for “total calls disconnected” counters. 

Failed 

Displays data for “total calls failed” counters. 

Handoffs 

Displays data for “total handoffs” counters. 

Renewals 

Displays data for “total renewal” counters.
