To help users identify a server, include the location of the server in its

When you change a server’s name, you must update every MeetingPlace

The following table shows which records on each server need to be updated.
Part 1: Enter information in the Server Configuration record
To enter a server’s new name in the Server Configuration record:
1.
Using MeetingTime, log on to the server you want to rename.
2.
Select the
Configure
tab.
3.
Select the
Server Configuration
topic, and click
Query
.
4.
Use the
<
and
>
buttons to locate the server you want to rename.
5.
For the
Server description
attribute, enter a description of the server in the
text box that displays, then click
OK
.

CA-MeetingPlace.

Part 2: Update the local Server Information record
Now you need to update the local Server Information record as well as the
Server Information record stored on the other MeetingPlace servers. To
update these records:
