Contact Center (IPCC) Express environment.

Uninstall Cisco Agent Desktop Manually
Complete these steps in order to manually remove the CAD components:
From the Windows task bar, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel.
The Control Panel appears.

Double−click Add/Remove Programs.
