Enable digital certificates (PKI)
Use digital certificates to encrypt WebEx session data and prevent
unauthorized access as data travels across the Internet. As the site
administrator, you manage the root certificate that is used to validate all
certificates used within your organization. You can:

Note: Attendees who try to access WebEx sessions without a valid digital certificate will

Manage the root certificate

Select Manage Site > Site Settings.

Click Root Certificates at the top of the page.

To import a new certificate:
a) Click Import Root Certificate.
b) To select a certificate from a local drive, click Browse and select the
certificate. Certificate files have the file extension "crt" or "cer".
c) To enter the content of a certificate file, enter it in the text box.
d) Click Import.

To delete a certificate, check the box next to the certificate and click
Delete.
