Lotus Notes
support
WebEx Productivity Tools have now been tested and certified for support of Lotus Notes
8.5.2 and 8.5.3.

WebEx Productivity Tools have now been tested and certified for support of Microsoft Lync.

invitations
We have fixed a known issue where printouts of Microsoft Outlook invitations sometimes
contain “garbage characters."
TelePresence
integration
support
Starting with WBS28.9, users have the ability to schedule and start joint meetings with
WebEx Meeting Center and TelePresence using WebEx Productivity Tools using Microsoft
Outlook. WebEx users can engage with TelePresence users in a combined meeting if their
on-premises TelePresence equipment has been upgraded to the latest versions. WebEx
users will be able to view and share content with TelePresence participants. This is a
feature that can be turned on by administrators. To use this functionality, users must
download WebEx Productivity Tools from a WebEx site has turned on this TelePresence
integration feature.
In WBS28.11, this WebEx and TelePresence integration version of WebEx Productivity
Tools has been updated with more usability improvements. A nonbranded installer is also
available for distribution by our telephony partners.
Your system must meet the following requirements for the WebEx integration with Cisco
TelePresence:

Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (Cisco TMS) version 14.2
•
Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Extension for Microsoft Exchange (Cisco
TMSXE) version 3.1
•
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cisco UCM) version 8.6.2 or 9.1
