Log in to the Administration Center.

Check the system status:

Click Services > System Status.

Click View Status.

Verify that the following text appears in the output:

System mode: Up

Media control: Up

Verify that none of the modules show DOWN status.

If the system status details indicate an unexpected DOWN state, check the
