Configuring RmCm Provider
The Unified CCX Resource Manager (RM) uses a Unified CM/Unified CME
Telephony user (called the RmCm Provider) to monitor agent phones, control
agent states, and route and queue calls.
Note
For Unified CME, the concept of RmCm user does not exist. The AXL Service
provider account is used to preform this task.
Note
The RmCm user specified through Unified CCX Administration is updated
automatically in Unified CM.
After adding the RmCm Provider, you must explicitly associate each agent’s
extension in Unified CM/Unified CME to the RmCm Provider.

This section only applies to Unified CCX Deployments with Unified CM.
Caution
While Unified CM supports Unicode characters in first and last names, those
characters become corrupted in Unified CCX Administration web pages for
RmCm configuration, Real Time Reporting, Cisco Agent/Supervisor Desktop,
and Historical Reports.
The RmCm Providers area of the RmCm Configuration web page is a read-only
page that displays the latest configured information.
