Deleting a Script or Folder
When you delete a script or a folder, you remove it permanently from the

To delete a script or folder, complete the following steps.

Step 1
From the Unified CCX Administration menu bar, choose Applications > Script
Management.

The Script Management page opens.
Step 2
Click default folder.
The Script Management page opens to display the contents of the default folder.

To delete a folder, click Delete Folder hyperlink. A dialog box opens to display
a drop-down list of available scripts and folders. Select the required subfolder in
the Select Folder to Delete field. Click Delete. The dialog box refreshes to state
that the folder or script was successfully deleted. Click Return to Script
Management hyperlink.

Step 4
To delete a script, click Delete icon under the Actions column. A dialog box opens
to confirm your action on the selected script or folder. Click OK.
