Configuring and Renaming Data Fields
The left pane displays the fields that appear in Agent Desktop. The right pane displays
the available fields.

To configure the data fields that appear in Agent Desktop:
1. Use the left and right arrows to move the available fields between the left and
right panes, and the up and down arrows to set the left-to-right order in which
the fields will appear in Agent Desktop.
