Self Care 门户网站概要

从 Cisco Unified Communications Self Care 门户网站，用户可以自定义和控制电话功能及设置。

问 Self Care 门户网站。

您必须使用 Cisco Unified Communications Manager 管理将用户添加到标准 Cisco Unified Communications
Manager 最终用户组，用户才能访问 Cisco Unified Communications Self Care 门户网站。

您必须为用户提供以下有关 Self Care 门户网站的信息：

• 访问该应用程序的 URL。此 URL 为：

http://<server_name:portnumber>/ucmuser/，其中 server_name 是安装 Web 服务器的主机，

portnumber 是主机上的端口号。

• 访问该应用程序的用户 ID 和默认密码。

• 用户可以使用门户网站完成的任务概要。
