This section provides information about what to do after you install Cisco IPS 6.2(2)E4. It contains the

Comparing Configurations
Compare your backed up and saved 6.1 configuration with the output of the show configuration 
command after upgrading to 6.2(2)E4 to verify that all the configuration has been properly converted.
Caution
If the configuration is not properly converted, use the Bug Navigator tool to check the list of caveats 
associated with your release, or check Cisco.com for any upgrade issues that have been found. Contact 
the TAC if no DDTS refers to your situation.

Logging In to IDM
IDM is a web-based, Java Web Start application that enables you to configure and manage your sensor. 
The web server for IDM resides on the sensor. You can access it through Internet Explorer or Firefox 
web browsers.

IDM is already installed on the sensor.
