Specifies the maximum time to wait for a relocation completion in the core network.

This functionality is not supported at this time on the Web Element Manager.

This command enables the operator to control message length by configuring the number of 
IuConIDs sent in each RANAP Reset Resource message.

This command configures, or resets to default, either of the two parameters for the DNS 
resolver function: the number of retries or the retransmission timer.
