Using CDR Call Reports in Service Monitor 2.3
Service Monitor 2.3 provides on demand short term CDR reports. These reports will enable users to view individual
calls that fall under certain type(s) of calls for troubleshooting purposes. For example, for a SIP trunk deployment,
you can use Service Monitor 2.3 to report failed SIP trunk calls, OnNet/OffNet SIP trunk calls and Incoming/Outgoing
SIP trunk calls.
To generate a CDR Call Reports, one can click Generate Report after defining the “CDR Call Report Filter” under
Reports
