Symptom
You have a Cisco Unified CCX 7.0(1) two-node cluster and one node crashes beyond repair.
Error Message
None.
Possible Cause
The cause is unknown.
Recommended Action

Do the following:
Step 1
If necessary, switch the DB publisher from the crashed node to the working node.
Step 2
Remove the crashed node from the cluster by executing the Remove option in Control Center Server
