2.  Configure Prime Collaboration Assurance as a remote syslog server in Cisco Unified Communications 

Manager 

 

Important note: as shown above the CallManager Service alarm level is set to Informational. While the other 

supported alarms (please refer to the Setting Up Devices for Prime Collaboration Assurance document) can be 

configured with the error level, the CM Service alarm must be configured to informational level to allow the 

endpoint registration and unregistration information to be sent to Prime Collaboration Assurance, thus ensuring 

that the registered/unregistered endpoints counts are consistent at all times across the various dashboards.
