Cisco Unified ICME/CCE/SCCE Database Retriever Dialog
The Cisco Unified ICME/CCE/SCCE Database Retriever dialog, which is accessed from the
Database Sizing Estimator applet, queries the existing database and registry configuration. The
Database Sizing Estimator applet then uses this data to provide values, which can be modified.
To access the Database Retriever dialog, select Load from DB in the Database Sizing Estimator
applet on your local machine.
Note: Cisco Unified ICME/CCE/SCCE Database Retriever can retrieve the configuration and
retention information from any Unified ICME, Unified CCE, or Unified SCCE system containing
a Logger or Historical Data Server (HDS) database at Release 7.0 or higher. However, the
calculations performed only apply to the estimated database size for that database when running
Unified ICME, Unified CCE, or Unified SCCE at Release 7.5(1) or higher, depending on the
value indicated in the Schema Version drop-down list. Therefore, the Database Sizing Estimator
can calculate a database size for a newer schema other than the system where the Database
Sizing Estimator is connected.
